Geometrical Constructions: Practice
Geometrical constructions use only a ruler and a pair of compasses, so the arcs left on the page become part of the answer. Before drawing, students test side lengths with the triangle inequality and explain why three angles cannot fix one triangle. They then construct a perpendicular bisector of a 9 cm line and carry on with further constructions in a section that needs a full page.
