Who this page is for. The statutory right described here belongs to consumers in the UK, the EU and the EEA. We do not offer QuizByt in those countries yet, so it is published here as the commitment that will apply from the day we do, not as something you have to take on trust later. Wherever you live, you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. See clause 6 of our Terms.

Right of withdrawal

A consumer in the UK, the EU or the EEA may withdraw from their subscription contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded.

To withdraw, tell us clearly that you wish to do so, an email to info@quizbyt.com is enough. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. Sending your message before the 14 days expire is sufficient.

Effects of withdrawal

We will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed. We will use the same means of payment you used, and the refund will not cost you anything.

If you asked us to begin the service during the withdrawal period, you owe us a proportionate amount for what was provided up to the point you withdrew.

When the right ends early

The right of withdrawal ends before the 14 days are up only if you expressly asked us to start providing the service immediately and acknowledged that you would lose the right once we had fully performed. We ask for both at checkout, separately and clearly, so you always know which you are choosing.
