What is inside every issue

One habit that fits a school night

Ten minutes of practice done the right way. How to split it, when to stop, and why short and often beats a long Sunday session.

What this month is for

Exam weeks, holidays and the step up to the next class each need something different. Each issue says what to do now, and what can wait.

Three lessons for your class

Picked from the catalogue for the class you choose, free ones first, so what we recommend is something you can open that evening.

Questions parents ask

How often will you email me?

Once a month, at the start of the month. There is nothing in between: no offers, no reminders.

Is it free?

Yes. The newsletter is free, and so are 71 lessons on the site. You do not need an account to subscribe, and subscribing does not create one.

What is the class for?

It picks the three lessons at the end of each issue. If you have children in more than one class, or you teach, choose "Several classes" and the issue stays general.

How do I stop it?

Every issue has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click, no login, no questions. Emails about an account you hold, like password resets, are separate and still arrive.

I already have an account. Do I need to sign up?

If you ticked the box for updates when you registered, you already get the newsletter. Signing up here as well does no harm: one address gets one copy. You can change the choice any time under your profile.
