Sliding Picture Puzzle
The Sliding Picture Puzzle gives younger children a first taste of spatial planning, because moving one tile often means shifting another out of the way first. Working from a goal picture teaches pupils in Class 1–5 to compare two grids, spot what is out of place and fix the board one animal at a time.

How to play
A small goal picture above the board shows where every animal belongs. Tap a tile next to the empty square to slide it there, one at a time, until your board matches the goal. A tile already in the right square gets a green edge.
For example: The goal shows the cat in the top-left square. Slide tiles until the cat sits there and its edge turns green, then start on the next animal.
