Data Handling & Pictographs

Data is information we collect and show in a graph so it is easy to read. In a pictograph each picture stands for a set amount, so children check totals where one symbol equals 2, work out books when each picture means 5, and match bar graph, pictograph, pie chart and line graph to their descriptions, out of 15.
