Direct & Indirect Speech: Advanced

Reporting speech gets harder with polite requests, exclamations, third conditionals and general truths that keep their tense. Class 8 students convert eight tricky sentences, such as "Had I been there, this wouldn't have happened", into indirect speech. They then read a formal announcement about a postponement and answer questions on it, for 15 marks in total.
