Quadratic Equations: Class 10 Mathematics Worksheet
A quadratic equation has the general form ax² + bx + c = 0 with a not equal to zero, so the highest power of x is 2 and there are at most two real roots. Students solve equations such as x² − 5x + 6 = 0 by factorisation (x = 2 or x = 3) and simpler ones like x² = 16, choosing each answer from four options; the sheet is out of 15.
