Place Value and Rounding to 1000

Each digit in a three-digit number has a value, so 356 is 300 + 50 + 6, and rounding looks at the next digit down. Sixteen questions split numbers into hundreds, tens and ones, compare them, count on or back by 10 and 100, round to the nearest 10 and 100, and explain an estimate for 487 pupils.
