Reproduction and Puberty
Human reproduction begins when a sperm and an egg join at fertilisation, and the baby then grows in the uterus. Children name the reproductive cells and organs, sort puberty changes into girls, boys or both, and write short answers on hormones, personal hygiene and the placenta. One question asks how they would reassure a worried classmate.
