Mass, Weight and Gravity
Mass is the amount of matter in an object and stays the same everywhere, while weight is the pull of gravity on it, measured in newtons. Class 6 students sort statements into mass or weight, use W = m × g with g = 10 N/kg to find weights and masses, and explain what happens to a bag on the Moon and why astronauts seem weightless.
