Coordinates in Four Quadrants

Coordinates give the position of a point as (x, y), and using negative numbers spreads the grid into four quadrants. Pupils give the signs in each quadrant, say where points like (−5, −2) lie, find midpoints and distances along a line, and work out the missing corner of a rectangle and its area.
