Boolean Logic: Practice
Logic gates such as AND, OR, NOT, NAND, NOR and XOR each give an output of 1 or 0 by a fixed rule, and a truth table with n inputs needs 2ⁿ rows. Students state when each gate outputs 1, complete truth tables for expressions like (A OR B) AND C using an intermediate column for each gate, and evaluate expressions for given values of A, B and C.
